San Jacinto SUD has five (5) elected directors that meet as necessary for board meetings. Special meetings may be called as necessary anytime. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours before meetings. They review the finances and public concerns of the district. The public is welcome to attend the meetings. Only items that are on the posted agenda can be discussed for a motion, approval or acceptance. Three directors shall constitute a quorum of directors for the transaction of all business of the District.
If you have an item that you would like on the agenda for discussion, the water office has to be informed in writing at least three (3) days prior to posting of the meeting. State requires that the agenda of the meeting be posted 72 hours in advance to give the public adequate notice of the content that will be discussed.
